No voluntary refund guarantee; statutory consumer rights still apply.

Our policy
MakerNotch does not include a voluntary money-back guarantee or a discretionary 14-day refund offer. This policy does not take away rights that consumer law grants you, and Polar, the seller and merchant of record, may also issue refunds under its buyer terms.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days. For digital content supplied without a physical medium, that right may be lost after supply begins only when the applicable legal conditions have been met, including your prior express consent to immediate supply, acknowledgement of the loss of the right, and the required confirmation. Buying, downloading or activating MakerNotch does not by itself establish that all those conditions were met. If they were not met, your withdrawal right may still apply.
Problems with the product
Mandatory remedies for a defective or non-conforming digital product remain available regardless of this policy. Contact makernotch@alpa.digital with the problem so we can investigate. For withdrawal, billing or a refund, also contact Polar through the link in your order confirmation or the customer portal. We will cooperate with Polar on eligible requests. Refunds, when due or granted, go through Polar to the original payment method under its processing rules.
If a purchase is refunded and its license is revoked, the app stops working at its next successful license check. Locally stored projects and settings remain on your Mac.
