Who sells MakerNotch, what the license includes and how purchases work.

Seller and developer
Polar Software, Inc. is the seller and merchant of record at checkout. It charges your payment method, handles applicable sales tax or VAT and provides the order confirmation and invoice under its buyer terms. The software is developed and licensed by Francisco Alé Palacios, trading as Alpa Digital, Calle Mayo 1, Sevilla, Spain. Contact: makernotch@alpa.digital.
Product and price
You receive a perpetual, non-transferable license to use MakerNotch on one Mac at a time, subject to the End User License Agreement. It is a one-time purchase, with no subscription or automatic renewal. The launch price is 9 € for the first 100 licenses; the intended price afterwards is 14 €. The price and any applicable taxes shown in Polar’s checkout before payment govern your order. There are no shipping charges because the product is delivered digitally.
Delivery and activation
After a successful purchase, Polar sends the order confirmation and license key to the email address entered at checkout. Download the app from this website and enter the key to activate it. You can view your keys and release a Mac in the customer portal. The app requires macOS 14 or later on Apple silicon or Intel.
Updates and connected services
Updates are delivered inside the app when enabled, and can also be checked manually. We do not promise a particular feature or update schedule; future versions may require a newer macOS version. The third-party services you connect have their own terms and availability.
Refunds and statutory rights
We do not offer an additional voluntary refund guarantee. This does not remove any mandatory rights you may have, including a right of withdrawal where applicable or remedies if the digital product is not in conformity with the contract. The rules for digital content can depend on what you expressly agreed to at checkout and when delivery began. Read the refunds and withdrawal policy and Polar’s buyer terms before purchasing.
Liability and contact
MakerNotch is supplied with the care required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights. For product support or legal requests, write to makernotch@alpa.digital; for billing and payment issues, contact Polar through your order or customer portal.
